Martina Grom − CEO (Austria)
Martina Grom is the heart of our community. She is the head of consulting and project development for atwork. Martina began her IT career during her studies in international economics, as a lecturer at the University of Vienna, and as a computer trainer in various training companies.
She initiated various projects such as a training project for the Pancredit Bank, a consulting project for Toyota and conceptualized of a variety of business-to-business solutions for various clients.
Martina founded the atwork information technology group in January 1999 with Toni Pohl, and together they share the management of the company. From the start, she was responsible for the atwork corporate identity and strategy.
Martina has been a Microsoft Technology Insider for Microsoft Austria since 2000. From 2003 to 2008 Martina taught at an international business school in Vienna. She is an expert in consulting and implementation of "in the cloud" solutions with Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Azure.
Martina Grom was honored in 2011 with the Microsoft Most Valuable Professional Award (MVP) for being the first German-speaking Microsoft Office 365 expert. At that time, she was one of only eight MVPs for Office 365 worldwide! Martina Grom is in a Microsoft technical solution professional and has been a Microsoft Regional Director since 2015.
