This software product or service includes executable computer programs or interfaces and any related printed, electronic and documentation and any other files that may accompany the product.
By installing or using this software or service, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not use this software or this service.
Provision: This software is being distributed as download or as Software-As-A-Service (SaaS) out of the cloud. You are not allowed to make a charge for any use of this software or service. You are not allowed to distribute any of the information, data or documentation of this software or parts of this software.
Grant of License: This EULA grants you the following rights: Use and Evaluate. atwork grants to the user a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use.
Reproduction and Distribution: You may not reproduce and distribute any part of this software. Copyright and trademark notices shall be accompanied by a copy of this EULA.
Usage: These conditions apply to testers, partners and customers who bought this software. The rights and obligations of this agreement are rights granted to the licensee only. The licensee may not make available this software or service for use by any other parties.
Copyright owner: All title and copyrights in and to this software (including any images, photographs, libraries and examples incorporated into this software), the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of this software are owned by atwork.
Protection: This software is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat this software like any other copyrighted material.
3. Limited warranty
No warranties: atwork expressly disclaims any warranty and that the software or service are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. This software and any related documentation is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of this software remains with you.
No liability for damages: In no event shall atwork be liable for any special, consequential, incidental or indirect damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this product or service, even if atwork is aware of the possibility of such damages and known defects.
Software reuse or modifications: Any form of reusing, decompilation, disassembly, reverse engineering or modifying one of the resources is not allowed except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted in writing by the owner of this software.
Payment: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you will pay the author of the software the fees, compensation and other amounts for each software or service license. The author of the software reserves the right to activate the software or service from payment or to deactive the software or service if the payment has not been performed.
Update and Maintenance: Is done by the provider of this software if such an agreement has been concluded.
Separation of Components: This software is licensed as a single product. Its component parts may not be separated for any other use.
Termination: Without prejudice to any other rights, atwork may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must not use this software or any of its components.
